VERMICELLI BURLEE
Vermicelli – 450gm Butter – 113gm Sugar Syrup – 180ml Filling: Dry Milk Powder – 150gm Custard Powder – 20gm Sugar – 10gm Water – 450ml Sweetened Condensed Milk – 250ml For Garnish Banana Slices Strawberry Slice Preparation Melt butter, combine with vermicelli, mix well by hand, spread the quantity into 2 circular oven pans, (diameter 22cm), and bake into hot oven until golden, stand to cool, pour sugar syrup over the 2 pans equally. Combine filling ingredients except condensed milk, cook over heat till boiling and thick sauce, stand to cool inside fridge for 1 hour, add condensed milk and mix well until homogeneous mixture. Spread filling over one vermicelli disc, cover with other disc garnished with banana and strawberry slices, stand in refrigerator till serving.
