Crumb Fried Mozzarella


Ingredients:
     Mozzarella Cheese 400 Gms
     Flour 100 Gms
     Salt To Taste
     Bread Crumbs 200 Gms
     Vegetable Oil To Fry

HOW TO MAKE
  • Cut Mozzarella into four triangles of approximately 25 gms each.
  • Make a batter by mixing water and flour, season with salt
  • Pat Mozarella Trianges first in dry flour and then dip in batter
  • Lastly coat with Bread Crumbs and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes
  • Fry the crumbed Mozzarella in hot vegetable Oil til golden in colour
