Lajawaab keema koftey


Ingredients

  • 500 gram keema (minced meat)
  • 2 tablespoon chaney ka atta
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli (chopped)
  • 5 eggs (4 boiled,1 raw)
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to keema and mix it well. Wrap this keema mixture around the boiled eggs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry on medium heat till brown in color. Cut the koftey in half and serve with green chutney.
