Lajawaab keema koftey
Ingredients
- 500 gram keema (minced meat)
- 2 tablespoon chaney ka atta
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon green chilli (chopped)
- 5 eggs (4 boiled,1 raw)
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Method
- Add all the ingredients to keema and mix it well. Wrap this keema mixture around the boiled eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry on medium heat till brown in color. Cut the koftey in half and serve with green chutney.
