Easy semiya pulav

- 1 cup - roasted semiya
- 1/2 cup - grated carrot
- 1/4 cup - grated coconut
- 1 - onion (finely chopped)
- 3 - green chillies (chopped)
- 1 inch piece - ginger (chopped)
- 1 - tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp - oil
- 1&1/2 cups - water
- Salt to taste
- Corriander leaves, to garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, ginger, green chillies (the color must not change)
- Add in the chopped tomatoes and saute well.
- Add enough salt and water and let it boil
- Once the water starts bubbling, add the roasted semiya, mix and cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Add in the grated carrot and coconut and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
